ILMC Production Meeting
The seventh annual IPM will see production professionals from across the globe converge for a day of panel sessions, discussion and networking. Delegate numbers will again be expanding this year, but with a strict 200-capacity in the room, places are limited and the event is likely to be oversubscribed.
IPM includes a five-star buffet lunch, and closing drinks party as well as tea and coffee breaks and ample networking opportunities. Sponsored by eps, Allgaier, Fly Victor and Megaforce, registration is separate to the main conference but ILMC delegates benefit from a discounted rate.

ILMC 'Avengers Assemble' Opening Party
ILMC starts with a ‘Bang!’ (and no doubt the odd ‘Pow!’ and ‘Wham!’) on Thursday 5 March when live music avengers from around the world gather to kick off ILMC 27 in style. With the event now beginning earlier, the new Opening Party is the official start of the conference.
The party is a must-attend event as members reunite to swap 12 months of crimefighting tips, daring tricks and heroic tales from the music universe (and avoid the Friday morning rush by arriving the night before!).
Taking place across the mezzanine of the hotel, hosts Dot Tickets will be laying on some complimentary drinks while in The Phantom Zone (York Suite), the most daring delegates can front their very own rock band and truly kick-ass. A definite diary date for any self-respecting crime-fighter (or super villain)!
The Phantom Zone and AEG’s ‘Heroes & Villains’ Bar, mezzanine floor
20:00 - late
Hosts: Dot Tickets
Crime-fighters' Super Snack
Back in the old days (well, up until last year anyway…) ILMC started on Friday afternoon, but with our new and improved conference schedule, the day now has more panels and workshops than Superman has broken razors. So the Crime-fighters' Super Snack will keep delegates energised for a full day of conferencing, providing a welcome break from all the action in our ‘chat caves’.
Enjoy two hours of tasty meze and Turkish delights, located right across the 'meze-nine' floor of the hotel. With everything else happening during the first day of ILMC, the Crime-fighters' Super Snack is a chance to rub caped-shoulders with fellow crimefighters before the afternoon sessions begin.

The World 'Just-Ace' Texas Hold'em Poker Tourney
With crimefighters from across the universe used to risking their lives, gambling to win a selection of bar tab prizes should pose no real threat at all at The World ‘Just-Ace’ Texas Hold'em Poker Tourney.
The tournament is an annual favourite at ILMC, and a great way to make new friends, lie to their faces and win the capes off their backs. Seats are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
It costs just £20 to enter, and the showdown raises money for our chosen charities, which this year are Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy and International Committee of the Red Cross.
Sign-up when you register, or if you feel like a gamble, swing by on Friday night and enquire about any last-minute places before the games commence.

The Sidekicks Table Football 'Coupe du Monde'
What’s got four legs, stays up late in the bar and only has one ball? ILMC’s new personalised Bonzini table, of course; a professional standard, customised table that will be making its debut appearance this year with some very recognisable players on the pitch.
With the new table being revealed, anticipation surrounding the annual Coupe du Monde competition will be at fever pitch by Friday night when IQ’s Terry ‘offside’ McNally dons his makeshift umpire’s top and oversees this annual battle for international glory and the world’s smallest cup.
Be in the bar with your chosen team-mate by 10pm to sign-up and then feel like a true superhero as you and your chosen sidekick control 12 tiny football players in your quest for fame and glory.

Sonic Boom Karaoke
Saturday night at ILMC has a treat in store for all those delegates with vocal super powers, and all the Watchmen keen to take it in. Hosted by the awesome ID&C, Sonic Boom Karaoke is a late night melting pot for anyone who can attempt a tune, shake a tambourine, or who just fancies a giggle.
Just as crime never sleeps, neither will those unlucky enough to have bedrooms immediately above the Phantom Zone while it all takes place. But with boxes of props and original 90s costumes for inspiration, as well as prizes for the best Backstreet Boys impersonation, this late night zone of bad fashion sense and even worse warbling will keep you amused for hours...
